DAVID SHERGILL, 20, of Cromwell Way, Kidlington, admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood when required to by a police officer, after he was detained on suspicion of having committed a Road Traffic Act offence. He was fined £200, banned from driving for a year and was ordered to pay £165 in costs and surcharge.
MARIUSZ MYSONA, 36, of Fir Tree Lane, Newbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving on Fifth Road, Newbury, on September 17. Tests showed he had 58mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £340, banned from driving for three years and was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £136 victim surcharge.

JAMES BRIDGMAN, 34, of Chickerell Road, Swindon, admitted drink driving a BMW on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on March 31. Tests showed he had 43mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and was ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
CARLOS JAMESON, 31, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing a Hugo Boss jacket from John Lewis and, on a different occasion, two jackets. The items of clothing were together worth more than £800, according to the charges. He received a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement. He must pay £400 in compensation to John Lewis.

COURTNEY ROMEO, 18, of Silkdale Close, Banbury, accepted assaulting a police officer in Oxford and being in possession of cannabis. He was given a community order with 70 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £100 compensation to the officer he assaulted.
THOMAS NOBLE, 30, of Cherwell Road, Berinsfield, admitted drug driving a VW Golf on Worcester Street, Oxford, on April 9. Blood tests showed he was over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £80, banned from driving for a year and was ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

BENJAMIN GREEN, 37, of Thames View, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW 118 while over the cannabis drug-drive limit and while uninsured. He was stopped on Ock Street, Abingdon, on April 8. He was fined £768, banned from driving for a year and was ordered to pay a £307 victim surcharge.
JORDAN SEAR, 37, of Moreland Road, Harwell, pleaded guilty to driving a Jaguar F Pace on Marcham Road, Abingdon, on November 25 last year, while over the limit for drug benzoylecgonine, uninsured and without a valid licence. He was banned from driving for 40 months and handed a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £85 in costs.
TRISTAN TURTON, 28, of Arnold Way, Grove, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Vauxhall Astra on Downsfield View, Grove, on March 19. Blood tests showed he was over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £250, banned from driving for a year and was ordered to pay £185 in costs and surcharge.
KEITH CASBEARD, 52, of Elvendon Road, Goring, pleaded guilty to causing actual bodily harm. He received a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work and up to 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was ordered to pay £150 in compensation and £199 in costs and surcharge.
