JEREMY BUCKLER, 63, of Fairmile, Henley, pleaded guilty to being twice the drink drive limit when he was stopped in Middle Assendon on September 16. Tests showed the Peugeot 107 driver had 75mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was handed a three year driving ban, fined £700 and ordered to pay £365 in costs and surcharge.
ROBERT IRVING, 50, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to making three offensive phone calls in Oxford on September 29. He was fined £80 and given a restraining order banning him from contacting a named woman or going to a house in Knights Road, Oxford. He must pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

TYLER BOND, 18, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to remaining on a property in Sycamore Drive, Carterton, on September 30 in breach of a closure order imposed at the magistrates’ court in August. He was fined £80 and must pay £85 in prosecution costs.
DANIEL WEBB, 40, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted theft of an electric scooter in March. He was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £360 in compensation.

REANNA KILLICK, 29, of William Morris Close, Oxford, admitted using racially aggravated disorderly behaviour, assaulting a police officer and possession of cannabis. The offences were committed in William Morris Close and at the John Radcliffe Hospital in May. She received a 20 week suspended prison sentence, must wear a GPS tag monitoring her whereabouts until the start of April and was placed on mental health and drug rehabilitation programmes.
DAVID PAINTIN, 42, of St Clements, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing a pot of Nescafé coffee from Tesco in July and failing to surrender to the court for an earlier hearing. He received a community order with a three month ban from the Tesco on Abingdon Road. He must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

CRAIG BUTLER, 34, of Kings Close, Thame, admitted possession of a pocket knife in Bayswater Road, Barton, on August 5. He received 26 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year. He must wear an alcohol abstinence monitoring tag for 90 days. The district judge ordered the payment of £239 in costs and surcharge.
TERESA HYDE, 46, of Greenwood Meadow, Chinnor, admitted drink driving a Toyota Corolla on Station Road, Chinnor, on August 18. Tests showed he was almost four times the legal drink drive limit, blowing 132mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The limit is 35. He received 16 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for 18 months and was ordered to pay £239 in costs and surcharge. The court register contained no detail about the length of any driving disqualification.
