A driver has been arrested after testing positive in a roadside drug test in Oxfordshire.
The driver was pulled over by officers in Banbury yesterday evening (October 17) and found to not have a licence or insurance for the vehicle, Thames Valley Police said.
After failing a roadside drug test, the driver was arrested and taken to the police station for the night.

A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: "A driver was arrested in Banbury this evening after providing a positive drugswipe, the driver also had no licence or insurance.
"Unfortunately, the driver hadn't planned on spending his first date in a cell."
Officers can test for cannabis and cocaine at the roadside, and screen for other drugs including ecstasy, LSD, ketamine and heroin at a police station.
