A car has been seized after a driver had no insurance and the vehicle didn't meet roadworthiness standards, police have said.
Officers stopped a yellow Fiat car near Witney for having no insurance with further police checks showing the car did not have a valid MOT.
The two front tyres were also 'bald' meaning the tread fell below the minimum legal limit.

For cars, trailers and caravans, the legal tyre tread depth is at least 1.6mm.
This must be throughout a continuous band in the centre three-quarters of the tyre, and around the entire circumference of the tyre.
