MARTIN FRANKLIN, 39, of Pigeonhouse Lane, Murcott, was found guilty of drink driving a Land Rover on Fencott Road, Murcott, on January 6. Tests showed he had 55mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £550, banned from the roads for 14 months and ordered to pay £920 in costs and surcharge.
ABED MOHAMMED, 26, of Old Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in Oxford on January 22. He was handed a community order with 120 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for 20 months and was ordered to pay £614 in costs and surcharge.

KEVIN DYKES, 53, of Worsham, near Witney, was found guilty of driving without due care and attention in Garsington Road, Oxford, on April 1. He pleaded guilty to speeding on the same road, which has a 50mph speed limit. Dykes was fined £300, given six penalty points and was ordered to pay £330 in costs and surcharge.
BESSEM CHAOUCH, 40, of Bridge Street, Banbury, was found guilty of obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty on April 6. Chaouch was fined £120 and was ordered to pay £85 in costs.

GARETH MINOR, 54, of Harewelle Way, Harrold, admitted sending a malicious email and text message in July. He received a community order with 50 hours of unpaid work and a requirement to complete the building better relationships course with the probation service. A restraining order restricts his contact with his victim and prevents him from going to a property in Oxford. He must pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
DAVID WILLIAMS, 33, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted drink driving in Middleton Road on September 9. Tests showed he had 69mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, almost twice the legal limit of 35mcgs. He was fined £470, banned from driving for a year and a half, and must pay £273 in costs and surcharge.

BLESSEN NADUKUDIPUTHENPURAYIL-SUNNY, 34, of Hubble Close, Oxford, admitted drink driving a Dodge Calibre on the Eastern Bypass road on September 9. The Dodge driver had 57mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, according to tests. They were banned from driving for 15 months, fined £350 and ordered to pay £225 in costs and surcharge.
MITCHELL HODGES, 41, of Miles Drive, Brize Norton, was found guilty of drug driving a Mercedes C class on Windrush Valley Road, Witney, on October 26, 2022. Tests showed he was over the legal limit for benzoylecgonine. He was fined £750 and banned from driving for a year. Hodges must also pay £500 in prosecution costs.
