Barton United under nines team has been given a boost after getting new kit, thanks to the Oxford Bus Company.
The boys’ team, known as ‘The Warriors’ will look the part this season, in its distinctive red and black striped shirts, sponsored by the airline, the bus company’s frequent coach service to Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
The company is supporting the club as part of its commitment to the local community.

It has previously been the main sponsor of Oxford United Women’s side, Kirtlington United, Oxford City Stars and Barton United Girls.
Luke Marion, Oxford Bus Company managing director, said: “The kit looks excellent and we’re proud to be able to support such an enthusiastic junior club and help encourage youngsters to play sport.
“Two of our core values are being socially responsible and working as a team, so backing a local club at grassroots level and helping youngsters work together creates a partnership with great synergy. We wish the team all the best for the season.”

Sean Cane, Barton United Club Secretary and Oxford Bus Company driver, said: “A big thank you to Oxford Bus Company for supporting the club.

The airline service provides coach services between Oxford and High Wycombe and Heathrow Gatwick airports.
Oxford Bus Company has been providing local coach travel to Heathrow and Gatwick airports for more than 35 years.
