An Oxford resident who celebrated her 100th birthday with a party is encouraging people to "live every day" as it comes.
Constance Noakes has been a resident of Wytham House Nursing Home in Farmoor since April 2021.
On September 15, she was treated to a party organised by the home and a birthday cake.

Speaking about the secret to a long life, the 100-year-old said: “Enjoy it as much as you’re possibly able to.
“Live every day.”
Michael Daglish, home manager at Wytham House, added: “I have known Constance for 16 months and she hasn’t changed a bit.
"She is still always sharing a smile and has beautiful soft skin.”
