The chief constable will decide next week whether a disgraced former police officer would have been sacked had she not resigned in June.
Former Bicester-based constable PC Georgia Williams was off-duty and on a night out in Oxford last December when she was asked to leave Love Jericho cocktail bar for assaulting her partner.
Refused entry when she returned to the Walton Street bar, she attacked a bouncer and again assaulted her partner.
The 29-year-old was handed a community order and 180 hours of unpaid work when she was sentenced at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court earlier this week.
Next Thursday (October 5), Chief Constable Jason Hogg will decide whether her behaviour amounted to gross misconduct that would have justified sacking her – had she not resigned from Thames Valley Police in June.
