A masterplan for a 1,250-home development to the north of Witney has been released.
A proposal for the major housing development has been published online by the North Witney Consortium with people encouraged to provide feedback.
The plans have not yet been submitted to the planning authority, West Oxfordshire District Council.

In its current form, the proposed development would see houses built off Hailey Road, Middlefield Farm, New Yatt Road, Woodstock Road, and near The King’s School.
There would also be a new primary school, community and retail centre, and public green spaces.
A virtual public exhibition will be open for comments from today (September 28) to October 19.
There will be two in-person events held in the canteen at Witney Community Primary School on October 7 (10am – 2pm) and October 11 (3pm – 7pm).
