Oxford’s 123-room Premier Inn has been put up for sale with a price tag of £22million.
Estate agent Knight Frank is seeking to sell the lease on the building which is part of the West Way Square redevelopment and opened in April 2021.
The recently developed hotel is on offer with the 'Thyme' bar and grill and a Your Co-op food store.

But any sale is unlikely to affect the ongoing operation of the hotel.
Premier Inn has a 23-year lease on the building and Midcounties Cooperative has a lease of 22 years.
The eight-storey hotel, which has a main frontage runs along Westminster Way and the A34, was a key part of the regeneration of the heart of Botley.

It saw the old 1960s shopping arcade flattened to be replaced with a new 425,000 sq ft mixed-use development.
As well as the hotel the new complex there are shops, 140 flats and 261 units for student accommodation.
Botley Development Company is currently seeking permission to vary a condition of its 2016 planning permission which restricts occupation of the student accommodation to full time students studying in Oxford, Vale or South Oxfordshire or employees, interns and research assistants working or studying in Oxford or Vale for at least 43 weeks of the year.
The company said due to the pandemic and cost of living crisis it wants to widen this to allow students, interns or research assistants studying anywhere to live there.
