Oxford: Electric bike rider seriously injured in crash

The collision between the blue E-bike and a blue Vauxhall Corsa happened on Norcot Road at the junction with Broomfield Road in Reading at about 7.55pm last night (September 25).

The rider was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford where he remains.

Investigating officer PC Emily Aldridge, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please come forward.

“We’d also ask any drivers with dash-cams to check any footage in case it may have captured something that could help the investigation."
