A man has been arrested in connection with an alleged kidnap last week, police said.
Detectives launched an investigation after a man in his 20s was seen being assaulted and put into the back of a vehicle in Amyce Close, Abingdon, in the early hours last Friday.
This morning (September 22), Thames Valley Police said a 32-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of kidnap.

“He has [since] been released with no further action taken,” a spokesman said.
The investigation continues.
Last week, DS Nathan Adby of Abingdon police station said: “We believe this to be an isolated incident.
“I would like to speak to anyone who has any information which could help our investigation, especially anyone who has any CCTV or dash-cam footage [that] could be relevant.”
