A chic watering hole frequented by supermodel Kate Moss must make 'major improvements' to the way it manages and carries out food preparation.
The Five Alls in Filkins was given a one-star-out-of-five rating for food hygiene after an assessment on August 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
Ms Moss has been a regular at the foodies pub which has a restaurant with chandelier, oil paintings and distinctive postage stamp wallpaper.
There is also a proper bar popular with villagers and Cotswolds celebrities including former Prime Minister David Cameron and YBA artist Jake Chapman.
It also has nine guest bedrooms including some in a garden block off the car park.

The pub was opened in 2012 by Lana and Sebastian Snow, the former owners of The Swan in Southrop which made headlines when Ms Moss and friends were pictured posing and drinking outside ahead of the model's 2011 wedding.
Its rating means that of West Oxfordshire's 108 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 87 (81 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
