A Cherwell restaurant has been handed a low one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Nai Nai Group Ltd, a bubble tea shop at 40 Sheep Street, Bicester, was given the score after assessment on August 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
The shop which also sells desserts opened in May in between the Salvation Army charity shop and Sam Old School Barbers.
It is the first bubble tea shop in Bicester town centre.
Bubble tea - an Asian cold drink made of tea, sweetened milk and other flavourings - has become very popular with many new openings in Oxford.
It is characterised by the balls or ‘pearls’ of tapioca that are also called boba.
It means that of Cherwell's 216 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 165 (76%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
