ZAHID IQBAL, 35, of Maidcroft Road, Oxford, admitted drug driving a Maxus on the A40 on March 19. Blood tests showed he was over the legal limit for benzoylecgonine. He was banned from driving for three years, fined £120 and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
ALEX BARRAN, 36, of Hundred Acres Close, Oxford, admitted drug driving an Audi A6 on Banbury Road, Oxford, on March 21. Tests showed Barran was over the legal limit for cannabis and benzoylecgonine. The magistrates imposed £240 in fines, a 15 month driving ban and ordered the Audi driver pay £181 in costs and surcharge.

SHANE LOFTHOUSE, 21, of Stratton Way, Abingdon, admitted possession of cannabis in Kingston Bagpuize on August 24. He was fined £80.
DANIEL CASSIDY, 34, of Becket Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of a bladed article in a public place without reasonable excuse. He was caught with a kitchen knife in Bridge Street, Oxford, on August 26. The magistrates imposed a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and ordered he pay £159 in costs and surcharge.

KEVIN WALLS, 43, of Kingfisher Green, Oxford, admitted stealing an electric scooter at Unipart, Garsington Road, on July 13. The theft was committed jointly with another. He was jailed for 28 days and ordered to pay £452 in compensation.
KEITH BURNETT, 62, of Jewell Road, Bournemouth, was found guilty of driving a Ford Puma near Stoke Lyne while over the limit for drug benzoylecgonine. He was behind the wheel oat the M40 junction 10 service area on March 13 when he was stopped. The magistrates fined him £346, banned him from driving for 14 months and ordered he pay £995 in costs and surcharge.

MARCIN NOGALA, 38, of Mill Lane, Chalgrove, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Vauxhall Corsa on the A34 at Weston on the Green on August 4 and driving it without insurance. Tests showed he had 111mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, more than three times over the legal drink-driving limit. The district judge imposed a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work, an alcohol treatment requirement and up to 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was banned from driving for three years and ordered to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
HUMZA JAVID, 30, of Kenelm Road, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to driving a VW Golf on the A34 while disqualified from holding a licence. The offence was committed on May 8, 2022. He received 20 weeks imprisonment suspended for a year and a half, and was ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work. The judge banned him from driving for another year. He was ordered to pay £454 in costs and surcharge.
DAVID PLANT, 46, of Horseshoe End, Newbury, pleaded guilty to entering a property in Newbury in breach of a closure order. He was given a six week prison sentence suspended for a year, and was ordered too pay £85 in prosecution costs.
