An Oxfordshire restaurant has received a low food hygiene rating following a recent inspection.
The Cotswold Fire & Grill on London Street in Faringdon was given a one-out-of-five rating after assessment on August 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
A one-out-of-five star rating means that 'major improvement' is needed at the establishment.

It means that of the Vale of White Horse's 182 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 127 (70 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
The Food Standards Agency is in charge of inspecting and rating hospitality venues on a zero to five scale.
The inspectors judged the restaurant with regard to hygienic food handing, cleanliness and the condition of facilities as well as management of food safety.
