The Oxford Tube will introduce direct journeys from West Oxfordshire to London by next month.
The 24-hour coach service has traditionally only run from stops in Oxford and Lewknor, in South Oxfordshire, on its way to and from the capital city.
But Stagecoach, which runs the service, has revealed it will start operating some journeys from Carterton and Witney from October 23.

It is part of a package of service enhancements to provide more trips to and from London.
Rachel Geliamassi, managing director of Stagecoach West, said: "These improvements enable us to retain the renowned Oxford to London service our customers know and value whilst seeking new ways to make it even better.
"Changes will see increased frequency and additional capacity to provide even more trips to and from London.
"We're finalising plans before we can inform customers in full on September 25. Watch this space.”
