A man was 'dealt with' by police after his dog worried livestock.
Officers have since advised dog owners to keep their pets on leads when near livestock.
The operation was carried out by officers from the Rural Crime Taskforce.

Officers patrolled South Oxfordshire, the Vale of White Horse and West Oxfordshire.
They used drones to search vast areas for any suspicious activity.
PCs Shute and Dollery also searched a vehicle under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Cannabis was located and seized.
