A teenager is in police custody after a stolen car was found crashed and on fire.

Police and fire crews were called to the A44 near Enstone at 4.20am today after a red Peugeot 206 was found on fire in a ditch.

The car was reported stolen from Neithrop, near Banbury, just hours before.

A 19-year-old man was arrested nearby on suspicion of stealing a car and is currently being interviewed by police.
