A beer festival in an Oxfordshire village had its most successful year with its highest-ever attendance.
The Finstock Ale was first held in 2013 to raise funds for a new village hall but is now an annual festival held to raise funds for good causes.
The festival is held on the first weekend of September with beers and ciders hand-picked from across the country on offer.

Organiser, Rod Ireland said: "It out exceeded our expectations. We had our highest attendance ever.
“Many of the beers sold out and all the people we spoke to had a really good time and can't wait for next year.
“We will be doing it all again first weekend in September 2024. Come and see us!
“We are different from any other beer festival that you will go to.
"During the course of the year we travel the country trying different beers and select what we consider the be the best.
“Our aim is to offer beers you won’t find in your local pub.”
The event is called The Finstock Ale rather than a beer festival due to historical reasons.
The Parish ale was a party or festivity in an English parish at which ale was the main drink.
It was typically a fundraising occasion for the parish that might include music and dancing.
