SAMUEL KIBBLEWHITE, 18, of Dashwood Avenue, Yarnton, admitted possession of cannabis in Oxford on August 5. He received a six month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £111 in costs and surcharge.
MARK TURNER, 44, of Bader Drive, Upper Heyford, pleaded guilty to breaching a disqualification imposed under the Animal Welfare Act. Court documents stated that he transported an animal on August 6 in Oxford in breach of a disqualification under the Animal Welfare Act imposed at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court in July 2016. Further details about why the disqualification was imposed or for how long were not set out in the charge. He was fined £50 by the Oxford district judge and ordered to pay £60 in costs and surcharge.

DAMIAN MURRAY, 41, of Totteridge Road, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to drink driving a BMW on Baring Road in the Buckinghamshire town on August 5, and driving the vehicle without a valid licence or insurance. Breath tests showed he was more than twice the legal drink drive limit. He was fined £446, banned from driving for a year and a half and must pay £263 in costs and surcharge.
CHARLIE PAYNE, 18, of Great Western Drive, Didcot, admitted obstructing a police officer in Didcot on January 2. He was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £111 in costs and surcharge.

SONACHI OBASI, 23, of YOI Onley, pleaded guilty to assaulting a prison officer at HMP Bullingdon on March 4 last year. He was ordered to pay £100 in compensation.
CHARMAINE HATCH, 42, of Cowley Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol and food from the Co-op in Cowley Road. She received a community order with an alcohol rehabilitation requirement. She must wear a GPS monitoring tag until December 21 and pay more than £70 in compensation.

DEV HANSORA, 34m if St Aubyns Avenue, Hounslow, pleaded guilty to being drunk in charge of a VW Caddy van in the Premier Inn car park in Kidlington on January 20. Tests showed Hansora had 137mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80. He was fined £276, banned from the roads for 42 days and was ordered to pay £195 in costs and surcharge.
MICHAEL CARR, 31, of Field Avenue, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Transit dangerously on the M25 in Kent on June 19 and failing to give a specimen of breath at North Kent police station. He received 24 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for two years, was banned from driving for three years and must do 250 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £272 in costs and surcharge.
MICHAEL BUTLER, 28, of Swallow Tail, Chinnor, admitted driving a vehicle on the Eastern Bypass in Oxford while over the drug-drive limit for cannabis and benzoylecgonine on March 3. He was fined £240, banned from the roads for three years and must pay £170 in costs and surcharge.
