LACHLON CHADWICK, 19, of Centenary Way, Witney, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta in Waterford Road, Witney, while over the legal limit for benzoylecgonine on December 18 last year. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
JOSEPH CHAMBERS, 32, of Bourne Close, Bicester, admitted drug driving a BMW 1 Series on Manorsfield Road, Bicester, on May 11 last year. Tests showed he had cannabis in his bloodstream. Chambers was fined £440, banned from driving for a year and must pay £129 in costs and surcharge.

DAVID SHERBURN, 48, of Bloxham Road, Milcombe, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Skoda Fabia on Bloxham Road, Banbury, on August 4. Tests showed he had 73mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £120, banned from driving for 17 months and ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
LUIS ELLIOTT, 34, of Folville Rise, Leicester, admitted drink driving a Ford Transit on the A40 and Downs Road junction in Witney on August 3. He had 77mcgs of alcohol in his breath; twice the legal limit of 35mcgs in 100ml of breath. He was fined £120, banned from the roads for three years and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.

WAYNE FENN, 44, of Long Close, Oxford, admitted stealing £1,000-worth of alcohol from Sainsbury’s in Kidlington on December 17, 2021, and more than £2,500-worth of alcohol from Waitrose in Thatcham in 2022. He was given a community order with a six month ban from any Waitrose store in Berkshire or Sainsbury’s shop in Oxfordshire. He must pay £300 in compensation and abide by a six month mental health treatment requirement.
SHAUN ARMITAGE, 35, of Portway, Banbury, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer on November 21, 2022. He was ordered to complete 40 hours of unpaid work and a six month mental health treatment requirement as part of a community order. Armitage was ordered to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

AARON MCDOWALL, 18, of Wear Road, Bicester, admitted driving a VW Polo while over the legal limit for ketamine and benzoylecgonine, both banned drugs. He was disqualified from driving for a year and ordered to do 40 hours of unpaid work and up to six rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of a community order. He must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
KIANOUSH AMIRI-BIGVAND, 66, of Cresswell Close, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis, having been stopped on suspicion of having committed a road traffic offence. The magistrates imposed a £562 fine, 15 month roads ban and ordered the payment of £310 in costs and surcharge.
OLIVER COSH, 33, of Wensum Crescent, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Ford Transit on Bucknell Road, Bicester, on August 5. Tests showed he had 98mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and a 25 month roads ban. Cosh must also pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
