DANIEL SCARBOROUGH, 22, of Rotherfield Peppard, near Henley, pleaded guilty to possession of a silver kitchen knife in Dove Lane, in the village, on July 21. He received a four month suspended prison sentence with 50 hours of unpaid work, a six month mental health treatment programme and up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must pay £239 in costs and surcharge.
LEWIS STAYTE, 33, of Brize Norton Road, Minster Lovell, pleaded guilty to disclosing a private sexual photograph or film without the consent of the individual who appeared in the material and threatening to disclose such a photograph or film. Both offences dated back to mid-2022. Stayte was given 20 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year and a half, with 100 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £239 in costs and surcharge.

KLODIAN ABIDIAJ, 30, of Castle Street, Banbury, was convicted of driving a Vauxhall Vectra in Stanier Place, Banbury, without insurance and while over the drug-drive limit for benzoylecgonine. The offences were committed in February. He was fined £700, banned from driving for a year and must pay £365 in costs and surcharge.
SUMMER WILLIAMS, 21, of St Andrews Road, Henley, was found guilty of drink driving an Audi in St Andrews Road on April 4. Tests showed Williams was more than three times the legal limit, blowing 116mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. The magistrates imposed a £519 fine, and a community order with up to six rehabilitation activity requirement days. She was banned from driving for two years and must pay £393 in costs and surcharge.

LEW ODIGIE, 33, of HMP Bullingdon, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and going equipped for burglary. He was caught in Oxford in April with gloves, a screwdriver, ‘prybar’, files and silver pliers. He received four months’ imprisonment, which will be served alongside an existing prison sentence.
CONNOR SMITH, 24, of Green Road, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating him in Kidlington on May 10. He received a community order with a three month ban from the Six Bells pub. He must do 150 hours of unpaid work and pay £500 in compensation.

OLIVER SCOTT, 35, of Broad Street, Chesham, accepted damaging a VW Touran vehicle and making ‘malicious’ electronic communications in April. He was given a community order with 250 hours of unpaid work, up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days and must pay £610 in compensation. A restraining order limits his contact with the victim for two years. He must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
JACK POWELL, 23, of Newton Avenue, Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to harassment of a woman to whom he made repeated calls and sent numerous messages in January. He was given a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work and up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must abide by a two year restraining order limiting his contact with the victim. The magistrates also ordered he pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
