Three men and two women have been arrested on suspicion of theft in Oxford.
A group of suspected offenders were caught on CCTV cameras 'stealing items' from a man in St Aldate’s at around 2.40pm on August 3 (Thursday).
Three men, aged 27, 44 and 43, and two women, aged 24 and 32, are all from Wolverhampton and they have been arrested on suspicion of theft.

They have since been released on police bail.
Thames Valley Police has released a photo of the man officers believe is the suspected victim and they have encouraged him to come forward.

Investigating officer PC Riley Stokes, based at St Aldate’s police station, said: “I am appealing to anybody who recognises this man to please get in touch with us as we believe he is the victim of this theft, but has either not realised or has not reported it.”
