Oxford’s pop-up cult movie night will be returning to the city this Halloween, promising six nights of fright.
Cinema Under The Stairs, a cinema company created by six friends, will be entertaining audiences with six films over six days in six venues.
From October 1 to 6 the cinema-loving crew will be hosting their SHOX 23 horror film festival, showing The Blair Witch Project in the Old Fire Station on George Street, Oxford, A Nightmare on Elm Street three at Phoenix Picturehouse in Jericho and Near Dark in The Bullingdon on Cowley Road.

Additionally, there will be a showing of Nosferatu at Ultimate Picture Palace in Cowley Road, Suspiria at Phoenix Picturehouse and The Thing, at Ultimate Picture Palace.
