WESTON MUCHEKE, 25, of Hollow Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot RCZ on Old Road, Headington, while over the drink-drive limit, disqualified from holding a licence, uninsured and without a valid MOT. Tests after he was stopped on August 11 showed he was more than three-times the legal drink-drive limit, blowing 117mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was jailed for four months and was banned from driving for 45 months.
ADAM BIGGS, 36, of Church Lane, Chearsley, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Mercedes Vito on the M40 near Thame on February 1. Blood tests showed he was over the limit for cocaine and benzoylecgonine. The magistrates fined him £120, banned him from the roads for a year and ordered he pay £133 in costs and surcharge.

JASON EVANS, 43, of Caversham Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to taking an Audi TT without the owner’s consent on June 29. He received a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and was disqualified from driving for six months.
STEPHEN WALKER, 34, of Prunus Close, Oxford, admitted drink driving a Vauxhall Zafira on the B4044 in Eynsham on February 14. Tests showed he had 103mlgs of alcohol in his blood. The legal limit is 80. He was fined £115, banned from the roads for three years and must pay £131 in costs and surcharge.

LAURENCE NEWPORT, 26, of Windmill Avenue, Bicester, admitted drink driving an e-scooter on Headington Road, Oxford, on July 29. He had 46mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; the limit is 35mcgs. Newport was fined £338, banned from driving for a year and must pay £220 in costs and surcharge.
DAVID AJERE, 25, of Greenwood Way, Harwell, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour and sexual assault on a woman by touching her without her consent. Both incidents took place on February 26. He received four months’ imprisonment suspended for two years. He must do 150 hours of unpaid work, complete various probation service programmes, pay £50 in compensation, and will have to register as a sex offender for seven years.

LEO BRABBINS, 31, of Park Road, Stroud, admitted drug driving a Volvo V50 on the A40 in Eynsham on March 4. Blood tests after he was stopped showed he was over the legal limit for cannabis. He was fined £346, banned from driving for a year and must pay a £138 victim surcharge and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
IAN GREENWOOD, 35, of Court Farm Road, Oxford, admitted handling stolen goods – a pair of Apple AirPod headphones and a bank card – and committing fraud by false representation by using a bank card without permission at Sainsbury’s in Kidlington. Separately, he admitted seven counts of shoplifting from various supermarkets. He received a total sentence of six months’ imprisonment and must pay £150 in compensation.
RHYS REYNOLDSON, 21, of Sealham Road, Ducklington, was found guilty of being drunk in charge of a motor vehicle. Breath tests showed he had 41mcgs of alcohol in his system when he was ‘in charge’ of a BMW X1 on Queens Road, Carterton, on May 1. The legal drink-drive limit is 35mcgs. He was fined £100, banned from driving for three months and ordered to pay £240 in costs and surcharge.
IAN BRAMBLE, 58, of Main Road, Broughton, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Skoda Octavia in the car park of Sainsbury’s, Oxford Road, Banbury, on April 15. Tests showed he was less than twice the legal drink drive limit, blowing 62mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £120, banned from driving for 17 months and ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
