A Bicester man will stand trial in December accused of breaching a sexual harm prevention order by having an undisclosed Instagram account.
Prosecutors allege that Hayden Nolan, 30, failed to notify Thames Valley Police’s public protection unit that he had an active social media account on the site.
Appearing in front of Oxford Crown Court on Thursday (August 24), Nolan, of Bernwood Road, Bicester, pleaded not guilty to a single count of breach of a sexual harm prevention order imposed at the same court in 2019.

His one to two day trial was fixed for December by Judge Nigel Daly, who granted the defendant unconditional bail.
The offence with which Nolan has been charged carries a maximum sentence of five years’ imprisonment.
