SAM WOOLFORD, 30, of Schofield Avenue, Witney, admitted resisting a constable in Carterton and possession of cocaine. The offences dated back to November 12 last year. He received a community order with 60 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £75 in compensation to the police officer. He must also pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

TRACY REYNOLDS, 52, of Kingswood Creek, Wraysbury, was found guilty of wilfully obstructing a police officer in Staines and beating him. The offences were committed on June 11 last year. She was given 16 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year and must pay £654 in costs and surcharge.

ADAM BOOTH, 41, of Roman Way, Bicester, admitted possession of a contraband mobile phone in HMP Bullingdon on December 17 last year. District Judge Kamlesh Rana imposed six months’ imprisonment suspended for a year and a half with 120 hours of unpaid work and a six month drug rehabilitation requirement. Booth must pay £239 in costs and surcharge.

TIMOTHY MARRIS, 54, of Brampton Close, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour in Abingdon on June 30. The magistrates imposed a community order with a mental health rehabilitation requirement. He must also pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

JOHN JAMES, 47, of Blakes Field, Didcot, admitted drug driving a Ford Transit on the A415 Abingdon Road, Culham, on March 3. Blood tests showed he was over the limit for cannabis. James was fined £80, banned from the roads for a year and must pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

ANTHONY MARTIN, 44, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour at the Catherine Wheel pub in Hart Street, Henley, on July 10. He was ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

PETER ROBERTS, 41, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing a TV and meat from Asda and Aldi respectively. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay more than £180 in compensation.

SUNNY OOMMEN, 56, of Canal Road, Coventry, pleaded guilty to causing serious injury by careless driving. He was behind the wheel of a BMW X1 in Milton under Wychwood on September 3 last year when he caused a crash that ‘seriously injured’ a man. The magistrates imposed a 12 month driving ban and a community order with up to 120 hours of unpaid work. Oommen must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

MARK O’DONNELL, 30, of Simpson Place, Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to damaging a window on August 10. He was ordered to pay £500 in compensation and £85 in prosecution costs.

PAUL FARRELL, 43, of Thirlmere Court, Hebburn, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress. The offence was committed in Thame on December 4 last year. The magistrates fined him £150 and ordered he pay £145 in costs and surcharge.

ANDREW ACHILLEOS, 61, who gave a care of address in Buttery Place, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing £108-worth of alcohol from Waitrose in June. He was jailed for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £90 in compensation.
