A museum cafe in Henley has been handed a one-out-of-five food hygiene rating by inspectors.
Thyme Café at the River & Rowing Museum in Mill Meadows requires major improvements to its cleanliness and the condition of the facilities and building, reports the Food Standards Agency.
Improvements are needed in the hygienic handling of food, including how it is prepared, cooked, re-heated, cooled and stored, inspectors added in their report.

But it was noted that the management of food safety – including systems and checks to ensure that food is safe to eat - was generally satisfactory.
A host of other establishments across Oxfordshire have also been handed new food hygiene scores.
Four-out-of-five ratings were given to the Market Tap by Tap Social, a bar in the Covered Market, the Magic Café, a vegetarian restaurant in Magdalen Road, and the Coach and Horses pub in Chiselhampton.
The Black Horse pub in Checkendon received a two-out-of-five score.
