A leak on a road in Henley led to motorists experiencing long queues this morning, Tuesday, August 22 after temporary traffic lights had to be installed.
Motorists experienced delays on Hart Street and the A4130 in Henley this morning due to Thames Water Works.
Thames Water has confirmed that it received reports of a leak on Thameside Road on August 15 and engineers visited on the same day to arrange repairs.

A Thames Water spokesman said the repairs were expected to be completed “over the coming days” and they said the two way traffic lights would remain in place during this period.
They also apologised to motorists affected and said: “We have 200 repair teams working tirelessly to fix leaks with activity taking place 7 days a week and over 280 people working round the clock and mainly overnight to detect leaks not yet appearing at ground level.”
