A motorcyclist has been hospitalised with multiple fractures after he collided with a Mercedes Vito people carrier in Oxford.
The man in his 50s, who was riding a black and orange motorcycle, was involved in the collision traveling north on Hollow Way, at the junction of Ivy Close, Temple Cowley.
The crash took place at around 2.30pm on Saturday (August 19).
The rider of the motorcycle was taken to hospital with multiple fractures, where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
The driver of the Mercedes, a man in his 40s, was arrested on suspicion of being impaired while driving. He has been released under investigation.
PC Naomi Padgett of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “We are appealing for the public’s help in investigating this incident.
“We are asking anyone with dash-cam or CCTV footage to please come forward.
