RICKI O’BRIEN, 39, of Samuel Place, Sheffield, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in April. He was banned from driving for two years and ordered to do 240 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order. He must pay £364 in costs and surcharge.

ROBERT ARMSTRONG, 35, of Bonners Mead, Benson, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by going to an area in Harwell from which he was prohibited. He was fined £276 and ordered to pay £195 in costs and surcharge.

ELLIE COLLETT, 25, of Regent Street, Oxford, was given a community order for assaulting a PCSO and police officer in Oxford in June. She must complete a drug rehabilitation requirement as part of the court order and wear a GPS tag until the start of February. She must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

LAYMAR TAYLOR, 33, of Tarragon Drive, Oxford, admitted driving a Ford Focus on Tarragon Drive on March 11 while over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £300, banned from driving for a year and must pay £205 in costs and surcharge.

SEAN LEWIS, 36, of Churchill Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to possession of 0.8g of heroin in Bicester. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £72 in costs and surcharge.

ROBBIE SIVAPRASAD, 43, of Hertford Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by sending a message ‘not related to child contact’ from which he was prohibited by the order. He was fined £884 and must pay £439 in costs and surcharge.

AMY SMITH, 32, of Lely Court, Abingdon, accepted drink driving a BMW 320. She was caught on Fleetwood Close, Newbury, on January 28 when tests showed she had 150mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80. She was fined £120, banned from driving for three years and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.

JASON SMITH, 38, of Goodrington Close, Banbury, was found guilty of driving a Ford Focus without insurance on two dates in Banbury last November. He was cleared of driving without a valid licence. The driver was fined £180 and given eight penalty points, with the court record noting that Smith ‘reasonably believed he was insured by his partner to drive’ the Ford. He must pay £222 in costs and surcharge.

JAKE CALBY AKA GILL, 26, of Nursery End, Stanford in the Vale, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Abingdon police station in June. He received a 12 week jail sentence suspended for two years, must wear an alcohol abstinence tag for 120 days and was banned from the roads for 40 months. He was ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs.

EDWARD SMITH, 33, of Blackwell Drive, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving a blue BMW X3 in Witney in July. Tests showed he had 57mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £584, banned from the roads for 16 months and was ordered to pay £319 in costs and surcharge.

ANTONIO MARRAFFA, 27, of Rivermead Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol worth £185 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford. He was given four weeks’ imprisonment and was ordered to pay £50 in compensation.
