Questions covered a range of topics such as how easy it is to book an appointment and how good the healthcare professional that treated them was.
In general, people’s satisfaction with the level of care provided was very high but patients expressed frustration over the time it took to book appointments and how often they could speak to their preferred GP.
The biggest indicator of patient satisfaction is how people answered "Overall, how would you describe your experience of your GP practice?"
