ADEMIR CESAR, 44, of Cherwell Avenue, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Honda moped on the A40 Northern Bypass. Blood tests showed he had 110mlgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood; the legal limit is 80. He was fined £80, banned from driving for 13 months and was ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.
VASILE-RADU CANTARAGIU, 28, of Hastings Road, Coventry, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Hyundai i30 on the A41 near Chesterton on February 25 and driving it without a valid licence or insurance. He was over the legal limit for cocaine and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £260 and banned from driving for 16 months. The magistrates also ordered the payment of £149 in costs and surcharge.

SEAN PARRY, 59, of Colne Close, Bicester, admitted drug driving a Peugeot van on Middleton Stoney Road, Bicester, on February 1. He was over the legal limit for benzoylecgonine. He was fined £320, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £213 in costs and surcharge.
RYAN PRIDDIE, 42, of Butchers Court, Witney, pleaded guilty to driving a VW Transporter on Woodstock Road, Yarnton, in February while over the limit for cocaine and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £333, banned from driving for a year and was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £133 victim surcharge.

DANIEL KERSHAW, 28, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, admitted drug driving a Skoda Octavia on Laburnum Crescent, Kidlington, on February 10. He was over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £40, disqualified from driving for a year and ordered to pay £101 in costs and surcharge.
MARK FORKNER, 59, of Vanner Road, Witney, admitted possession of a lock knife in a public place – the Elm Tree Pub, Witney – without a reasonable excuse. The offence was committed on July 29. He was given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

RYAN STIRLING, 23, of Woburn Close, Banbury, pleaded guilty to harassing a woman in October and November last year by attending her workplace and sending ‘unwanted communications’. He also admitted obstructing a police officer. He was given a community order with a six month mental health treatment requirement and was ordered to pay £200 in compensation. He was ordered to pay £734 in costs and surcharge.
PETER MORGAN, 63, of Langford, near Lechlade, admitted two counts of threatening behaviour in Langford last October. He was fined £262, given a restraining order and must pay £605 in costs and surcharge.
JAROSLAW SZKLARSKI, 55, of no fixed address, accepted damaging a door in Banbury on December 22 last year and failing to surrender to the court for previous hearings. He received a six month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £10 in compensation.
HUMZA NAVEED, 21, of Hollow Way, Oxford, accepted possession of cannabis and driving a Hyundai i20 on Henley Avenue on February 24 while over the cannabis drug-driving limit. He was fined £230, banned from driving for a year and was ordered to pay £223 in costs and surcharge.
LUKE CRAWFORD, 39, of Bernwood Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Bicester on January 29. He received a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and a requirement he complete the building better relationships course with the probation service. He must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
