KELVIN WARNER, 28, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing four Gucci perfume sets worth a total of £336 from Boots in Oxford on January 5. He received a 12 month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £66 in costs and surcharge.
LEEANN DILLEYSTON, 40, of Sibford Gower, near Banbury, admitted sending a grossly offensive message via a public communications network last December and common assault on three police officers in Banbury. Dilleyston was given a community order with a 120 day alcohol abstinence tag, a requirement to complete the thinking skills programme and a ban on going to a property in High Meadow, Sibford Gower, for six months. The magistrates ordered the payment of £150 in compensation and £50 in prosecution costs.

DANIEL SWANN, 32, of Cote, near Bampton, admitted driving an Audi A6 on Burford Road, Witney, while disqualified from driving and without insurance. He received a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work, up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days and an 18 month roads ban. He must also pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
KAMERAN MUHID, 22, of Russ Avenue, Faringdon, admitted possession of 24.8g of cannabis in Faringdon last July. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

NOLAN MOULDER, 48, of Burford Road, Chipping Norton, admitted using threatening behaviour in Chipping Norton on January 19. He was fined £426, with the court record noting that ‘minors were present’ during the incident and that Moulder ‘went to get a baseball bat’ although it was not brandished. He had no previous convictions, the court record noted. He was ordered to pay £255 in costs and surcharge.
MOUSSA ADOUM, 39, of Eastern Avenue, Oxford, received a community order with a six month alcohol treatment programme for three breaches of a criminal behaviour order. He was seen with an open container of alcohol in a public place and ‘giving the appearance of begging’ in June. Adoum was ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs.

THOMAS WILLIAMS, 39, of Norton Close, Oxford, admitted driving a Mercedes A250 on Vendee Drive, Bicester, while over the drug driving limit for benzoylecgonine on February 10. He was fined £80, banned from driving for a year and must pay £117 in costs and surcharge.
PAUL SAUNDERS, 47, of Samphire Road, Oxford, accepted driving a Fiat Punto on the A34 near Botley while over the legal limit for drug benzoylecgonine. He was caught over the drug-drive limit on February 17. The magistrates fined him £346, banned him from driving for a year and ordered he pay £223 in costs and surcharge.
JERMAINE DALLOW, 31, of Elswick Road, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Ford Transit on the A34 at the Peartree Services. Blood tests taken after he was stopped on February 16 showed he was over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and was ordered to pay £133 in costs and surcharge.
CRAIG MCKEEVER, 43, of Brambling Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Mercedes Vito van on Sandy Lane West, Oxford, on February 25. Blood tests showed he was over the limit for cocaine and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £320, banned from driving for 12 months and was ordered to pay £213 in costs and surcharge.
