Both men then left the shop, got back in the vehicle, and drove off in the direction of Burford.
Mr Clarkson posted CCTV footage of the theft to his 6.7million followers on Instagram, with the footage appearing to show a man putting an item into his jacket pocket.
The Clarkson's Farm star, 63, captioned the post: “This man came ‘shopping’ at the farm shop. I would like to meet the cu.”
Kaleb Cooper, who works on the farm and is one of the show's most popular and biggest breakout stars, commented: “Such a shame.”
