New double yellow lines are being considered for roads in an Oxfordshire village by the county council.
Clanfield is a magnet for visitors to its two popular pubs, The Double Red Duke and the Clanfield Tavern, and its award-winning bakery and cafe Blake's Kitchen.
There is also some traffic to Clanfield Primary School.
The parking restrictions are proposed for Busby’s Close, Pound Lane, Bampton Road, B4020 Bourton Road, A4095 Main Street, Manor Lane, and Mill Lane.
Oxfordshire County Council said the proposals are being put forward "to help prevent obstructive parking and improve road safety, and seek to deter dangerous and inappropriate parking".
The council said it "will help ensure various junctions and locations are left clear of stationary vehicles in order to assist with forward visibility and movement of through traffic within the village".

Clanfield Parish Council carried out an informal consultation and said the feedback was "very clear".
A total of 76 per cent of respondents were in favour of double yellow lines around the crossroads of Pound Lane.
The county council's public consultation has now closed and the feedback is under review.
If there are objections a report will be prepared to be presented to the cabinet member for highway management Andrew Gant at a meeting scheduled for later in 2023.
Clanfield councillor Alaric Smith said: "It is certainly true that the parking for the pubs and cafe is very limited and that has been a problem for a while."
