A teenage driver arrested on suspicion of drink-driving has been released from hospital.
The 17-year-old boy was arrested after the transit van he was driving collided with a lorry on the A40 near Witney at around 6.30am on Saturday.
He suffered back injuries and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital where he was dearrested while receiving treatment.
Police are now awaiting drink driving results from a blood sample before deciding on further action.
