A traditional pub in Oxfordshire will soon be reopening its doors after a major refurbishment.
Later this month, Upton locals will once again be able to frequent The George and Dragon near Didcot.
This prominent village pub is set to reopen on Wednesday, August 16.

Photos posted on the business’ Facebook page shows that the property, which has both bar seating and a more formal restaurant area, has enjoyed a considerable makeover.
The business has referred to itself as a ‘drinkers delight’.
The owners will no doubt be hoping for warmer weather this month in the hope of filling the large beer garden.
The pub also has a children’s play area with previous TripAdvisor reviews describing it as ‘family friendly’.
