MAXIM PELLING-FULFORD, 22, of Windmill Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stalking a woman between February 24 and March 3 this year. Court documents stated that he ‘sent her several WhatsApp messages and videos, called her several times and gained unauthorised access to her Snapchat’ social media account. He received a community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and rehabilitation activity requirement days. The magistrates ordered he pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

SHANNON EBSWORTH, 23, of Mallard Drive, Witney, admitted driving a Vauxhall Astra on the A40 Northern Bypass road in Oxford in January while over the limit for drugs benzoylecgonine and cannabis. She was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement days, was banned from driving for a year and must pay a £114 victim surcharge.

ALEXANDRU IOANA, 23, of Greatmeadow, Northampton, admitted stealing alcohol worth £937 from Tesco in Bicester. The bench imposed a community order with 60 hours of unpaid work and ordered the payment of £199 in costs and surcharge.

CHARLES SALTER, 52, of Maulden, Bedford, admitted drink driving a Mini Cooper at the junction of the A421 and Bletchley Road, Bucks, and possession of a bladed article, a lock knife. On June 4, tests showed he had 83mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath; more than twice the legal limit of 35mcgs. He was handed a community order with 120 hours of unpaid work, five rehabilitation activity requirement days and a 20 month driving ban. Salter must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.

RAFAL PRZESNIAK, 39, of Rivermead Road, Oxford, admitted driving a Ford S-Max on Field Avenue, Oxford, on June 17 without a valid licence and failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis following the alleged commission of a road traffic offence. He was given 12 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for two years with 250 hours of unpaid work and a 30 month driving ban. He must pay £239 in costs and surcharge.

JAKE FOLKES, 32, of Alderminster, Stratford upon Avon, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Ford Ranger on Lockheed Close, Banbury, on June 21. Tests showed he had 89mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Folkes was fined £461, banned from driving for 22 weeks and must pay £269 in costs and surcharge.

COSTEL NEDELCU, 33, of High Street, Banbury, admitted driving on the M40 at Junction 11 on June 21 without a valid licence or insurance. He was fined £120, given six penalty points and must pay a £48 victim surcharge.

LUKE RUSSELL, 35, of Blackditch, Stanton Harcourt, admitted a malicious communications charge, with court documents recording that he sent threats of violence towards family members and ‘threats to remove children’. The charge was dated November 5 last year. He was given six weeks’ imprisonment suspended for two years with 35 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 100 hours of unpaid work. The magistrates ordered he pay £500 in compensation and abide by a restraining order limiting his contact with a woman named on the order for two years.
