The all-clear has been given at a farm sealed-off after testing positive for bird flu.
Defra last night lifted the protection zone around Eastwood Farm, in Shenington, near Banbury, almost four weeks after a strain of the virus was found in chickens at the farm.
A Defra spokesman said there was no evidence of the disease spreading, infection has been confined and no new cases had been reported since the initial outbreak.
