A pizza takeaway has applied for a new licence to sell late night refreshments on a busy city street.
Tops Pizza on Cowley Road has applied to Oxford City Council for a new premises licence.
The eatery is requesting permission to serve late night refreshments via delivery until midnight from Sunday to Thursday and until 1am on Friday and Saturday.

The deadline for the public to make representations is August 18.
In Tops Pizza’s application, it is emphasised that “no customers shall be permitted to access nor remain on the licensed premises after 11pm”
The takeaway also plans to display a telephone number in the shop window in case any residents have concerns they wish to raise with the manger.
