The road closures on the A34 and M40 this week in Oxfordshire have been revealed.
National Highways has released its weekly report of major road works taking place across the county.
All the information was accurate at the time of writing, but the Oxford Mail recommends that you check the county council’s website for updates before travelling.

A34 roadworks
A34 Northbound- M3 junction 9 to Three Maids Hill carriageway closure from July 31 at 9pm until August 2 at 6am
A34 Southbound- Botley entry slip road closure from July 31 at 9pm until August 1 at 6am
A34 Northbound- Bullington exit slip road closure from July 31 at 9pm until August 2 at 6am
A34 Southbound- Botley exit slip road closure from August 2 at 9pm until August 3 at 6am
A34 Southbound- Peartree entry slip road closure from August 3 at 9pm until August 4 at 6am
M40 roadworks
M40 Southbound- Junction 6 entry slip road closure from July 31 at 9:30pm until July 2 at 6am
M40 Southbound- Junction 6 exit slip road closure from July 31 at 9:30pm until July 2 at 6am
M40 Southbound- Junction 5 exit slip road closure from August 2 at 9:30pm until August 4 at 6am
M40 Southbound- Junction 5 entry slip road closure from August 2 at 9:30pm until August 4 at 6am
M40 Northbound- Junction 1 carriageway closures from August 2 at 10pm until August 3 at 6am
M40 Southbound- Junction 2 to junction 1a carriageway closure from August 2 at 10pm until August 3 at 6am
M40 Northbound- Junction 8 exit slip road closure from August 3 at 9:30pm until August 4 at 6am
M40 Southbound- Junction 8 Wheatley entry slip road closure from August 3 at 9:30pm until August 4 at 6am
