A four-by-four crashed into a bus stop on a main city route this afternoon.
The incident occurred close to Oxford High Pre-Prep School on Woodstock Road at around 5pm.
The bus stop was completely destroyed and shattered glass could be seen on the street.

At least two police cars and two fire engines were reported to be at the scene.
The road was partially shut with cones to allow recovery to take place.
It is not known if anyone was injured in the crash.
Bemused eyewitnesses and commuters walked past the crash scene as the BMW was left crumpled at the bus stop.
Thames Valley Police has been contacted for comment.
