A crash took place in Marcham during rush hour this morning. (July 31).

A car was involved in a crash on Abingdon Road in Marcham, Thames Valley Police has confirmed.

The incident took place just before 8am and was close to the Hyde Farm Nurseries entrance.

On June 20, three teenagers were killed in Marcham when a BMW crashed into a tree, resulting in them dying of "multiple injuries".

The crash took place on the A415 and the driver named locally as Tom remains in hospital with life threatening injuries.

The three teenagers who died were named as Elliot Pullen, 17, Daniel Hancock, 18 and Ethan Goddard, 18.

The inquests into the deaths of the three teenagers were opened on July 13 at Oxford Coroner's Court.

Coroner Joanna Coleman said that in each case the cause of death was multiple injuries.

The date for the full inquest at Oxford Coroner's Court has been stated as Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
