A popular pasta takeaway company has submitted an application to open a new kitchen in north Oxford.
Pasta Evangelists, a specialist artisan pasta company, has applied to Oxford City Council for a new premises licence.
The pasta company made an application on June 27 which seeks permission to create a delivery only kitchen on 214 Banbury Road in Summertown.

The application also requests that late night refreshments can be provided outdoors from Sunday to Saturday between 11pm and 2am.
In the company’s application, it states: “The premises will not open to the public and will be used for the dispatch of goods only.
“There shall be no collection of goods by the public from the premises.”
The company has said it will “encourage all riders involved in deliveries to use their vehicles in a responsible manner" to help prevent nuisance in the neighbourhood.
