A new 1.2-litre petrol engine that attracts road tax of just £25 a year will be added to the Korean-built Hyundai i10 city car range in September.
It will cost from £7,545, depending on trim level.
The i10 costs from £6,745 for the Classic version - and they are so popular here in Britain there is a waiting list for them.
