A woman was caught smoking cannabis and was found with knives in Bicester.
A woman, 42, smoking cannabis in her car near Lakeview Drive in Bicester was reported to the police on Sunday (July 23).

The driver from Croyden was detained for a search, which led to cannabis and two lock knives being found.
The driver was arrested and charged for possession of a controlled substance and a knife in a public place.
The woman also failed a drugs wipe and officers from Roads Policing are continuing to investigate the offence.
