Special Constables have the same powers as ordinary police officers but the role is voluntary.
The team were also called to an unexploded ordnance found in Enslow and the officers also stopped several e-scooter riders in the Bicester area on the same shift.
If the e-scooter riders are caught again, police will be able to seize the scooters under Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act.
