A grade II listed building on a busy shopping street may be converted into flats.
The proposal looks to reinstate residential use above the ground floor commercial unit of 88 Sheep Street, Bicester.
The storey is currently vacant but previously served as office space, and the proposal would create two, two-bedroom flats with a communal ground floor lobby and stairs accessed off Sheep Street.

The left-hand dwelling would have 68.3m2 of floor space servicing 2 bedrooms, living area and separate kitchen, along with family bathroom and storage cupboards.
The right-hand dwelling has 85m2 of floor space with 2 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, living room and family bathroom along with an ensuite for the main bedroom.
Both flats already have internal staircases meaning no new opening in the floors would be created.
